She has over 20 years of experience in Food Design and Innovation, human\u2013food interaction, sustainability education, and the co-creation of agri-food systems. She directed\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW65086976 BCX0\">Gustolab<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\">\u00a0International<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW65086976 BCX0\">( 2008<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\">-2020), was Academic Director of the University of Illinois Food Studies program in\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW65086976 BCX0\">Italy( 2010<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\">-2020), scientific advisor to the Barilla Foundation (2012\u20132023), and Director of the Academy at the Future Food Institute (2020\u20132024). She co-founded F.O.R.K. Food Design\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SpellingErrorV2Themed SCXW65086976 BCX0\">Organisation<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW65086976 BCX0\">, the world\u2019s largest non-profit international platform dedicated to food design. She continues to teach and provide consultancy in Food Design at several national and international universities and institutions.
