Operando all&#8217;intersezione tra mondo accademico, settore pubblico, societ\u00e0 civile e imprese, ha maturato una solida esperienza nell&#8217;utilizzo del design come leva per l&#8217;innovazione e il cambiamento sistemico. Il suo lavoro si concentra sul design partecipativo, sull&#8217;innovazione dei servizi e sulla valutazione dell&#8217;impatto, supportando organizzazioni nello sviluppo di soluzioni evidence-based, human-centred e impact-driven. Ha conseguito un Dottorato di Ricerca in Design e collabora con il Dipartimento di Design del Politecnico di Milano e con il Comune di Prato nell&#8217;ambito di progetti di ricerca e innovazione finanziati dall&#8217;Unione Europea. Fino al 2025 \u00e8 stata docente a contratto presso la Scuola del Design del Politecnico di Milano. Dal 2023 dirige l&#8217;Executive Course Service Design for Systemic Change, organizzato da POLI.design.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Eng<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Francesca Foglieni <\/strong>is a Service Designer with over 15 years of experience in design research, higher education, and strategic consultancy. Working at the intersection of academia, the public sector, civil society, and business, she has developed extensive expertise in using design as a catalyst for innovation and systemic change. Her work focuses on participatory design, service innovation, and impact evaluation, helping organisations develop evidence-based, human-centred, and impact-driven solutions. She holds a PhD in Design and collaborates with the Department of Design at Politecnico di Milano and the Municipality of Prato (Italy) on European-funded research and innovation projects. Until 2025, she served as Adjunct Professor at the School of Design of Politecnico di Milano.
