Sabine Junginger, PhD is the Head of the Competence Center for Research into Design & Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Switzerland. She is internationally known for her work on human-centered design in government: an area of design practice and research dedicated to help policy-makers and public managers re-orient policies, public organizations and public services around people. She will talk about her latest book, Transforming Public Services by Design. Sabine holds a PhD in Design from Carnegie Mellon University as well as an MDes in Information Design and Communication Planning.
The event is powered by the POLI.design Specializing Masters in Service Design and Strategic Design, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano Master Degree in Product Service System Design.
