Nadia Boschi, Ph.D., Architect, Head of Sustainability Europe, Lendlease, ESG Director, Lendlease Italy SGR, Ambassador of the World Green Building Concil’s policy campaign Building Life; International Society Indoor Air and Climate (ISIAQ) Trustee (June 2026).  An executive and thought leader advancing sustainability as a driver of long‑term value creation, resilience, and business performance. With over 30 years of international experience spanning real estate, large‑scale infrastructure, and urban regeneration across Europe and the United States. She has defined and led sustainability strategies for some of Europe’s most significant developments, including the Milan Innovation District (MIND) and Milano Santa Giulia, translating ambitious climate and health objectives into investment‑grade, Net Zero aligned outcomes. Her work integrates climate science, governance, and risk management to strengthen competitiveness, adaptability, and social value. She specializes in science‑based sustainability strategies that advance healthy buildings and sustainable urbanism, including pioneering work in mass timber construction and climate‑responsive design. Previously, Dr. Boschi served as a faculty member at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in the Department of Building Construction, contributing to education and research in sustainable building systems. She is the author of more than 50 peer‑reviewed publications and book chapters. Vanta oltre 30 anni di esperienza internazionale nei settori immobiliare, delle infrastrutture su larga scala e della rigenerazione urbana, maturata tra Europa e Stati Uniti. Ha definito e guidato le strategie di sostenibilità di alcuni dei più importanti progetti di sviluppo europei, tra cui il Milan Innovation District (MIND) e Milano Santa Giulia, traducendo ambiziosi obiettivi climatici e di salute in risultati solidi dal punto di vista degli investimenti e allineati agli obiettivi Net Zero. Il suo lavoro integra scienza del clima, governance e gestione del rischio per rafforzare competitività, capacità di adattamento e valore sociale. È specializzata in strategie di sostenibilità basate su evidenze scientifiche, orientate alla promozione di edifici salubri e di un urbanesimo sostenibile, includendo attività pionieristiche nell’ambito delle costruzioni in legno massiccio (mass timber) e della progettazione sensibile al clima.

In precedenza, la Dr.ssa Boschi è stata docente presso il Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, nel Department of Building Construction, contribuendo alla formazione e alla ricerca sui sistemi costruttivi sostenibili.
