design expert, Roberta Tassi is known world-wide as the author of Service Design Tools (2009-2019). She is the founder and design director of oblo, a hyper-specialised service design studio based in Milan, and former Head of Service Design at the Digital Transformation Team of the Italian Government. Before founding oblo, she worked as Principal Designer at frog, having the opportunity to lead research and service design programs across different industries and geographies. She is also the author of the book #ServiceDesigner, published by FrancoAngeli: a journey into the challenges and skills of service design practitioners (available in Italian only).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esperta di service design, Roberta Tassi \u00e8 conosciuta in tutto il mondo come autrice di Service Design Tools (2009-2019). \u00c8 fondatrice e design director di Oblo, uno studio di service design iperspecializzato con sede a Milano, ed ex responsabile del Service Design presso il Team per la Trasformazione Digitale del Governo italiano.
