Lorenzo Mari

Bio

Lorenzo Mari is associate professor of Ecology with the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering, Politecnico di Milano. He teaches basic and applied ecology to students in energy engineering and sustainable architecture and landscape design. His research activity is mostly focused on the development of spatiotemporal models and quantitative methods for the analysis of
ecological and epidemiological processes, with particular focus on metapopulation dynamics, host-pathogen interactions, and environmental pollution.
