The demand for transparency rose up in the past yeas due to a combination of legislative and cultural issues. Despite being usually underrated, this part is a complex and necessary aspect affecting the user experience that needs to be properly designed as well. We will discuss real case studies with companies, consultants and designers who had to join their forces to find a common solution.
