Bio

Alberto Zanetta nato a Milano e laureato in architettura al Politecnico di Milano è attivo dai primi anni ’90 in diversi settori del design di interni, appartamenti, uffici, negozi, beauty & wellness center, Hotel e spa prestando particolare attenzione a tutte le fasi progettuali, dall’analisi al concept sino alla realizzazione con la creazione di arredi e particolari su misura come sistemi ed effetti di luce. Ha fondato lo studio Alberto Zanetta Design&Consulting e dal 2009 ha iniziato a collaborare con POLI.Design – fondato dal Politecnico di Milano dove ha insegnato nel cluster di corsi di alta formazione per architetti e designers “Design Experience” dedicati ai mercati dell’intrattenimento, ospitalità, benessere e retail. Dal 2011 cultore della materia nel laboratorio di metaprogetto del Politecnico di Milano. Nel 2014 è diventato responsabile e coordinatore di cinque corsi di alta formazione di POLI.design: Hotel Design Solutions, Wellness & Lifestyle Design for a Better Living, Ho.Re.Ca Design, Leisure Lounge & Restaurant Design, Showroom & Flagship Store Design. In questi ambiti ha tenuto numerose conferenze e lezioni per master universitari internazionali in Italia e in Cina presso Tsinghua University di Pechino, Tongji University di Shanghai, Shanghai Design Promotion Center a Shanghai e Shenzen.
Dal 2015 al 2017 membro della giuria del concorso Italian Pool Award.
Dal 2010 al 2013 CEO e art director di Ad Maiora Milano azienda produttrice di arredi e accessori per esterni nati da un’attenta reinterpretazione di oggetti esistenti.
Secondo premio Ho.Re.Ca.24 Innovazione dell’anno 2013 con Narsil un porta-bicchieri/isola aggregativa prodotto da Ad Maiora Milano.
Attualmente impegnato nella progettazione di vari Hotel e SPA in Veneto, Piemonte e Lombardia.
Alberto Zanetta was born in Milan. He completed his studies in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan in Italy and has been active since the early 90’s in several interior design sectors such as home, office, shop and beauty centre, lending particular attention to all the dynamics of his projects, from the direction of the work to the creation of furniture and special details like illumination systems and light effects.
He has set up Zade Milano Architects studio.
Specialized in beauty and wellness design in 2009, he has been collaborating with POLI.design, Consortium of Polytechnic University of Milan, where he teaches a Master’s courses entitled Design Experience for architects and designers. This course focuses in particular on the emerging markets like entertainment, hospitality, wellness and retail. Since 2011 He has been Teaching Assistant at Politecnico of Milan.
From 2014 he is currently responsible and coordinator of five Higher Education Courses:
Hotel Design Solutions, Wellness & Lifestyle Design for a Better Living, Ho.Re.Ca Design, Leisure Lounge & Restaurant Design, Showroom & Flagship Store Design. In these fields He has given numerous lectures in Italy at Politecnico of Milan and in China at Tsinghua University of Pechino, at Tongji University of Shanghai and at the Design Promotion Center of Shanghai and Shenzen.
He has been Ad Maiora Milano’s art director a company started in 2010 from a careful analysis of the market of outdoor furnishings and accessories and it’s based on the observation of users needs and on a careful reinterpretation of existing objects. (www.admaioramilano.com)
He win the second prize HORECA24 Innovation of the Year 2013 with Narsil a drink holder platform product by Ad Maiora Milano.
Since 2015 He has been a part of the jury of the Italian pool Award.
From the 2018 He is the Art Director of the Arcreative Day, a new format dedicated to handmade objects realized by the architects.
Currently engaged in the design of various hotels and spas in Veneto, Piedmont and Lombardy.
