Lorenzo Costanzo is a creative and visionary innovator, deeply committed to reducing our impact on the planet. With over 15 years of experience in materials science across academia, industry, working in R&D and product innovation, he now focuses on nature-inspired approaches to rethink how we design, create, and relate to the living world.

A certified biomimicry educator, Lorenzo blends science, design, and systems thinking to develop practical, accessible solutions rooted in the intelligence of natural systems. His work bridges disciplines, from advanced materials to cultural transformation, guided by the belief that true innovation begins by observing and learning from nature.

As co-founder of AConnection, he develops educational experiences that integrate biomimicry, ecological thinking, and post-growth perspectives, supporting individuals and organizations to reconnect with nature as a source of creativity, resilience, and meaningful change.
