Gabriella Piccolo

Bio

Gabriella is Senior Service Designer and UX Researcher at Experientia. She’s specialized in designing innovative solutions for public/private sectors starting from users’ needs.
She has conducted design research projects and developed services in several fields such as healthcare, online banking, food&beverage and automotive. Recently she has been working closely with the municipality of Turin and the Piedmont Region to improve welfare policies and social services within the third sector.
She worked and lived in Toronto, Rotterdam, Milan, and she’s currently based in Turin. Her work includes desk and field research, video ethnography, brainstorming, participatory design sessions, workshops, insights mapping, visual communication, and fast prototyping.
