Bio

Laureata in Design e Ingegnerizzazione del Prodotto Industriale, ha conseguito un Dottorato di Ricerca in Design e Metodi di Sviluppo Prodotto presso il Politecnico di Milano, durante il quale è stata Guest Researcher alla Delft University of Technology. Ha successivamente approfondito le proprie competenze in Project Management presso la Graduate School of Management del Politecnico di Milano e frequentato corsi in ambito di economia aziendale e controlling.
È stata docente a contratto presso il Politecnico di Milano per il Master of Science in Design & Engineering (2011–2019) e per il Master post-graduate in Engineering Design and Innovation (2008–2013), contribuendo alla progettazione e all’erogazione dei percorsi formativi.
Dal 2011 lavora presso POLI.design, inizialmente come Project Manager per le attività rivolte alle imprese. Nel 2015 ha assunto il ruolo di responsabile Planning and Control e, dal 2021, quello di Chief Financial Officer. Dal 2025 è Vicedirettore di POLI.design.

Graduated in Product Design and Engineering, she earned a PhD in Design and Product Development Methods at Politecnico di Milano, during which she was a Guest Researcher at Delft University of Technology. She later enhanced her expertise in Project Management at the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano and attended courses in business economics and controlling.
She was a contract lecturer at Politecnico di Milano for the Master of Science in Design & Engineering (2011–2019) and for the post-graduate Master in Engineering Design and Innovation (2008–2013), contributing to the design and delivery of the educational programs.
Since 2011, she has been working at POLI.design, initially as a Project Manager for business-oriented activities. In 2015, she took on the role of Head of Planning and Control, and since 2021, she has served as Chief Financial Officer. In 2025, she was appointed Deputy Director of POLI.design.
