Innovative Fashion Design and Apparel Manufacture in Italy

MIP, Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business and POLI.design have organized a four-day tailored training course in “Innovative Fashion Design and Apparel Manufacture in Italy” for Chinese professionals and executives in the field of fashion design.

After the welcome by prof. Lucio Lamberti, Delegate for Internationalization of MIP Graduate School of Business, the lectures on December 5th-6th and 12th-13th were held at the headquarters of POLI.design by some members of the Politecnico Faculty: professors Arturo Dell’Acqua Bellavitis, Giovanni Conti, Manuela Rubertelli, Maria Grazia Soldati and Lorenzo Morganti  who are all leading figures in the world of architecture, design and fashion.

The course topics have been selected by focusing on some main themes in the field of fashion design such as: luxury production, trends and innovation in fabrics, textiles for exhibition and store design, the way to create a collection.

The program ended with a closing ceremony on December 13th at MIP Graduate School of Business. On that occasion the participants received a Certificate of Attendance issued by MIP.
