Bio

Alberto Zanetta laureato in architettura al Politecnico di Milano è attivo dai primi anni ’90 in diversi settori del design di interni, ristoranti, negozi, beauty & wellness center, Hotel e SPA gestendo il progetto in tutte le sue fasi dall’analisi marketing al business plan, dal concept alla realizzazione.

Dal 2009 collabora con POLI.Design – fondato dal Politecnico di Milano come docente e coordinatore dei corsi di alta formazione per architetti e designers dedicati ai mercati dell’intrattenimento, ospitalità, benessere, retail e Ho.Re.Ca. Dal 2011 cultore della materia nel laboratorio di metaprogetto del Politecnico di Milano. In questi ambiti ha tenuto numerose conferenze e lezioni per fiere, convegni e master universitari internazionali in Italia e in Cina presso Tsinghua University di Pechino, Tongji University di Shanghai, Shanghai Design Promotion Center a Shanghai e Shenzen.

E’ stato membro in diverse giurie per concorsi di progettazione in ambito hospitality e wellness.

Dal 2010 al 2013 CEO e art director di Ad Maiora Milano azienda produttrice di arredi e accessori per esterni nati da un’attenta reinterpretazione di oggetti esistenti.

Secondo premio Ho.Re.Ca.24 Innovazione dell’anno nel 2013 con Narsil un porta-bicchieri/isola aggregativa prodotto da Ad Maiora Milano.

Attualmente impegnato nella progettazione e consulenza per Hotel e SPA in Italia e all’estero con il Team di consulenza alberghiera Hotel Guru.

 


 

Alberto Zanetta holds a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and has been working since the early 90’s in the field of interior design for restaurants, shops, beauty & wellness centres, hotels and spas, managing the project in all its phases, from marketing analysis to business plan, from concept to realisation.

Since 2009 he has collaborated with POLI.Design – founded by the Politecnico di Milano – as a lecturer and coordinator of training courses for architects and designers dedicated to the entertainment, hospitality, wellness, retail and Ho.Re.Ca. markets. Since 2011 he has been a teaching assistant at the Metaproject Laboratory of the Politecnico di Milano. In these fields he has held numerous conferences and lectures for fairs, congresses and international university master courses in Italy and in China at Tsinghua University in Beijing, Tongji University in Shanghai, Shanghai Design Promotion Center in Shanghai and Shenzen.

He has been a member of several juries for design competitions in the field of hospitality and wellness.

He has been the Art Director of Ad Maiora Milano, a company founded in 2010 from a careful analysis of the outdoor furniture and accessories market, based on the observation of users’ needs and a careful reinterpretation of existing objects.

Second Ho.Re.Ca.24 Innovation of the Year award in 2013 with Narsil, a glass holder/gathering island produced by Ad Maiora Milano.

Currently working as a designer and consultant for hotels and spas in Italy and abroad with the Hotel Guru consulting team.
