Bio
Alice Paracolli is a Milan-based UX researcher and Design researcher at Logotel. Her current work takes a strategic and organizational angle on the intersection of AI, sustainability, and design—turning research into actionable frameworks that enable responsible, human-centred innovation. She earned a PhD at the Politecnico di Milano (Department of Design, AXD group), exploring sustainability in AI-infused products and experiences. Alice contributes to postgraduate teaching at POLI.design in the Specializing Master in User Experience Psychology (with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore). She also serves as a thesis supervisor for master’s students at Aalto University, and previously at Goldsmiths. Earlier, she studied Information and Interface Design at the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London, and holds an MSc in User Experience Engineering from Goldsmiths, University of London. She regularly shares work and reflections across talks and publications.
