Elisabeth worked as a Service Designer for different agencies, among those are Experientia, Livework and most recently Idean UK. She has worked with governments, public sector organizations and corporations such as Barclays, Vodafone, Lufthansa and Google. Crafting engaging service experiences and supporting teams in increasing the capability for change. She conducts research, translates findings into actionable insights and develops new experiences to test and implement.
At the side she regularly coaches small companies in their adoption of Service Design methods and new ways of working. As well as facilitating workshops for private organisations and public institutions such as the University of Padova, Fondazione Ca’Foscari.
