Paloma manages Sustainability (ESG), Responsible Investing, and Impact Investment at Renaissance Partners, where she coordinates the ESG & Sustainability Practice to create tangible value across the investment process, working closely with portfolio companies. With +10 years of professional experience in Europe and Latin America, she has partnered with businesses and investors to embed sustainability into strategy, driving value and resilience in a changing market.
Her expertise spans ESG and impact strategy, climate action, circular economy, sustainable finance, diversity and inclusion, and governance. She also has extensive experience with leading frameworks such as PRI, TCFD, SFDR, SBTi, and CSRD. With a multicultural perspective and forward-looking mindset, Paloma collaborates with leadership teams to transform challenges into opportunities for growth, innovation, and measurable impact.
Paloma graduated cum laude in Environmental Science from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Faculty of Agricultural Engineering, and received the degree of the International MBA in the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano.
