Bio

Gaia Calabrese is Didactic Tutor of the Specializing Master in Service Design by POLI.design. She is a Social Psychologist and a Teaching Assistant for the Life Design course at Politecnico di Milano. With a background in Social, Economic and Decision Psychology and licensed with the Order of Psychologists of Lombardia, her work and academic experience are focused on life design, social processes, and psychological well-being. Through her experience in academic tutoring, including previous tutoring activities at Bicocca International, and university-based projects such as the PROBEN Project at the University of Milano-Bicocca, as well as a traineeship in recruitment within the Tax and Legal Team at Professional Recruitment, she has developed a solid understanding of student support, international education contexts, and human-centered organizational processes, with a particular focus on communication, inclusion, and groups dynamics.
