An intensive course in collaboration with Talent Garden designed for HR professionals and designers, particularly Service Designers. A training program based on human sciences and a project-based approach for managing individuals within an organization.
The role of the world of work among people’s priorities, their involvement in organizational activities, processes, and relationships within hierarchical structures are undergoing significant change. From introducing best practices fostering work-life balance to defining virtuous growth processes, these transformations need to be facilitated and guided to enhance productivity. However, attempts to improve the experience of employees and collaborators often involve internal revisions and processes that do not adequately consider real needs, motivations, advancement, and learning requirements.
The Executive Course in Design for Human Resources stems from studying people and their behaviors, and transfers necessary principles and tools to build user-centric solutions, focusing on their relationship with the organization. From the hybridization of human sciences, change management concepts, and design disciplines arises the figure of the HR Designer – a professional capable of effectively managing transformations in the working world with a focus on human capital. This role is tasked with reimagining business processes within an ecosystem of meaningful experiences for employees. The objective is to train Human Resource Designers who can fill roles such as Transformation Enablers, Change Designers, People & Culture Designers, and People Managers.
The training program provides theoretical foundations and tools for designing all phases of the Employee Experience. It has a specific focus on studying individual behaviors within their respective contexts.
