On May 4, 2022, from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Palazzo delle Stelline will host the third edition of Guest Lab, the event organised by Teamwork Hospitality under the patronage of POLI.design and Fondazione dell’Ordine degli Architetti di Milano. The initiative is dedicated to contract, design and hospitality, and proposes a whole day of training with a series of seminars and many ideas and solutions on the themes of hotel design and requalification, on the latest trends and on the winning elements in the hospitality sector.
Guest Lab is the must-attend event in Milan that brings together industry experts, architects, interior designers and consultants in a program of seminars on changes and trends in hospitality. It’s a look at the future of design in the world of hotellerie, an unmissable opportunity for training and updating for architects, planners and designers.
The initiative is dedicated to hoteliers, owners of accommodation facilities, directors and managers, development managers of chains and real estate operators, purchasing managers of chains and hotel groups, architects, interior designers, engineers, designers and technicians in the sector.
Some of the most influential leaders will speak about success factors in the hotel industry, current and future directions, the latest trends and the most innovative brands. In addition, experts will hold seminars on the importance of air conditioning and soundproofing, functional layouts and budget planning. During the day, internationally renowned architects will talk about their success stories.
On this occasion, POLI.design will give two talks. From 11:30 am to 12:20 pm, the talk “Hospitality and Sustainability: new challenges” will be held with the Professor of the Design Department of Politecnico di Milano and Architect Francesco Scullica, the President of NEWH – chapter Milano – Italia Enrico Cleva, and the Architect and Partner of Studio noa* network of architecture Andreas Profanter. To follow, from 12:20 am to 1:15 pm, the talk “Hospitality Design System of POLI.design”, with the participation of Prof. Francesco Scullica together with Gianpietro Sacchi and Alberto Zanetta, respectively Deputy Manager and Didactic Coordinator of the Higher Education Courses of POLI.design Hotel Design Fundamentals, Hotel Design Contributions, Hotel Design Advanced, Wellness Design, Ho.Re.Ca & Outdoor Spaces, and Worskhop.
