POLI.design Graduation Day

A look back at the first POLI.design Graduation Day—a milestone event that brought together students, faculty, and staff to mark the conclusion of a full year of training and design experimentation.

Design Energy Unlocked – Let it flow!

On May 27, the De Carli Hall at the Bovisa Durando Campus of the Politecnico di Milano hosted the very first POLI.design Graduation Day. The essence of the event was captured in its claim, “Design Energy Unlocked – Let it flow!”, which framed the day as a celebration of the students’ transformative journey. Through their education, graduates unlocked their design potential and are now ready to let it flow into the diverse professional contexts ahead of them. 

Congrats to the students from the Specializing Masters in Furniture Design, Designing for Transition, Brand Communication, Industrial Design Engineering and Innovation, Strategic Design, Service Design, Fashion Tech, Sensorial Surface Design, and Premium Design Management. A heartfelt thankyou goes to them—and to their families—for the trust placed in POLI.design and for helping create such a warm and inspiring atmosphere throughout the event.

As our President, Anna Barbara, remarked: “The world awaits you with complex challenges and extraordinary opportunities. Take with you the courage to experiment, the curiosity to explore, and the responsibility to design solutions capable of generating value.” Walter Ruffinoni, Managing Director of POLI.design, added: “You chose to invest in unlocking your energy and potential—and when energy is unlocked, something powerful happens. The future stops being something that happens to you and becomes something that happens through you. So don’t wait for the future. Go design what’s next.”
