POLI.DESIGN ENERGY – Feel. Feed. Free.

POLI.DESIGN ENERGY brought together over 80 guests and more than 50 companies for an evening dedicated to creativity, dialogue, and innovation.

Held at Palazzo Mezzanotte in partnership with Platform Architecture and Design, the event showcased inspiring stories from leading companies that partnered with POLI.design to tackle today’s and tomorrow’s challenges. Through partnership and training programs that foster the mutual exchange of expertise, they demonstrated how a design-driven approach can spark transformation and guide innovation. 

Speakers included Franco Guidi (Owner, Lombardini 22), Federico Mazzieri (Change & Training Manager, Dondi Salotti), and Mirko Pajé (Chief Creative Officer, Group Mediaset Communication & Image Direction). The evening was hosted by Simona Finessi (Founder and Director, Platform Architecture and Design) and featured contributions from Walter Ruffinoni (General Director, POLI.design) and Anna Barbara (President, POLI.design). Guest of Honour: Maria Porro (President, Salone del Mobile.Milano). Adding a creative twist, artist Millo illustrated the themes of the speeches live, turning ideas into art in real time.

POLI.DESIGN ENERGY – Feel.Feed.Free is an initiative of our Business Development Area. It aims to strengthen ties between POLI.design and the business community. Its mission: to listen, rediscover, and nurture the creative energy within organizations—transforming it into impact, innovation, and new business opportunities.
